He graduated with distinction in Law from Roma Tre University in 2019, which included a semester abroad in Auckland (New Zealand) at the Campbell Institute.
His main focus is civil, commercial and corporate litigation, including cross-border disputes, as well as arbitration, assisting and advising national and international companies, also in a extrajudicial context.
He has acquired considerable experience in areas such as contracts, civil and commercial law, including insurance and banking law, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property law, antitrust and competition law (public takeover bids, the setting up of joint ventures, proceedings before the Italian Antitrust Authority for economic irregularities and unfair commercial practices), European Union law, automotive law, immigration law, subcontracting, construction and infrastructure.
