He was admitted to the Bar in Rome in 2003 and is qualified to represent clients before the high courts.

He has been with the Firm since 2004.

He is an expert in administrative law.

He served his apprenticeship with the State Attorney’s Office and consolidated his judicial and extrajudicial experience by working with the Ministry of Public Administration and the State Post-Graduate Schools of Public Administration and the Economy and Finance.

Within the Firm he mainly deals with public tenders for the supply of works, services and goods at both national and local level, concessions, project financing and PPPs.

Moreover, he has considerable experience in working on infrastructure projects of particular national importance, concerning both public works and digital transformation.

He also assists multinationals in the ICT, tech and infrastructure sector in negotiations with the public administration.

Finally, he handles all public law aspects of compensation claims arising from breaches of antitrust law.
