Sergio Grillo

Enrolled in the Rome Bar Association since 2000, qualified for professional practice since 1998, and licensed to represent clients before higher courts. In practice since 2000.

He is an expert in administrative law, focusing in particular on public contracts for the supply and concession of goods, works and services, project financing, and the various forms of public-private partnership in general.

He has also built up in-depth expertise over the years in the sector of local public services relating to the environment, infrastructures and harbour services.

As well as public authorities, bodies established under public law and publicly owned companies, he assists Italian and multinational companies in commercial operations and joint ventures for participation in public tenders, also managing issues on the borderline between commercial and administrative law.
