He joined the Firm in 2025.
He mainly deals with Italian and EU competition law and regulated markets, with particular reference to the electronic communications, energy, transport and pharmaceutical industries. He also provided legal advice and assistance in consumer law, state aid, civil and administrative litigation, corporate and contract law, and personal data protection.
He is an expert in Public Law of Economics and Sustainable Development at the University of Rome Tor Vergata, Faculty of Economics. He is author of several publications.
