Lipani Legal&Tax continues its growth with the arrival of Rino Caiazzo as Senior Partner and his team specialised in Competition, Energy and Telecommunications çLaw, practices of growing importance in the Italian and European regulatory and economic context.
The team includes the Associates Francesca Costantini, Enrico Di Tomaso, Francesco Savo Amodio, and Gennaro Illiano, coming from the law firm Caiazzo Donnini Pappalardo & Associati.
The arrival of the team led by Mr. Caiazzo represents an important strategic move, strengthening the firm’s practice in regulated sectors and antitrust law, enhancing the integrated approach that has always distinguished its activity and further consolidating its presence in the Italian legal market.
With over thirty years of experience, Rino Caiazzo is considered one of Italian leading experts in Competition Law, Corporate Law, M&A, Litigation and Arbitration. He advised leading Italian and multinational companies, particularly in the electronic communications and energy industries, which are characterized by highly complex regulations. In addition to his professional activities, Mr. Caiazzo has a strong academic background, serving as Adjunct Professor of Competition Law at Roma Tre University and lecturer in the Master’s programs in Competition and Market Regulation at Tor Vergata University and in Global Regulation of Markets at La Sapienza University in Rome.
