Antitrust and regulation

The antitrust and regulatory practice launched in 2014 when Antonio Catricalà joined the firm provides complete assistance on all issues relating to competition law and to the regulatory authorities in general.

Over the years we have built up impressive experience in many areas of the practice, including the assistance and representation of clients in potentially dominant positions on the market, and proceedings involving cartels and/or the abuse of monopolies, assistance in the procedure for the reporting of market concentration operations, protection against unfair competition, assistance with regard to State subsidies, advice and the handling of investigations with regard to unfair commercial practices, consumer protection and assistance with regard to misleading advertising and “golden power”.

In this context, the antitrust and regulatory team provides support to the administrative law practice on all issues which are or may be of judicial relevance, and to the commercial and corporate law practice on issues relating to compensation for agreements in breach of fair competition.
