Eleonora Schneider

She was admitted to the Bar in Rome in 2015.

An expert in administrative law, she specialises in judicial and extrajudicial advice to individuals and companies, public authorities, public sector companies, companies and private players in all fields of administrative and public law, especially tenders and public contract law.

In the XVIII Government of the Italian Republic she was appointed by the Draghi Government as Deputy Director of the Legislative Office of the Ministry of Culture, making her part of the team working directly with the Culture Minister.

Since 2017 she has been a member of the administrative law team in the Law Department of Università degli Studi di Rome Tre, working as assistant professor and undertaking teaching duties. She also teaches administrative and public law seminars within the Level II Master degree course.

She has been a member of the Istituto di Ricerca sulla Pubblica Amministrazione (Irpa) since 2019, also conducting research there, and is a member of the Osservatorio sullo Stato Digitale.
