He joined the Firm in 2025.
He mainly deals with legal advice in Italian and EU competition law and in regulated markets, in particular electronic communications, energy and transport. He provided legal advice on cartels, abuses of dominant positions, unfair commercial practices and mergers.
He participated in the Study Group on public-private relations in the discipline of heritage at the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities of Rome in 2019.
He is a professor in Administrative Law, Comparative and European Administrative Law and Environmental and Cultural Heritage Law at the Department of Legal Sciences of La Sapienza University of Rome. He is an adjunct professor at the Master’s Degree in Environmental Law at LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome and at the Master’s Degree in Administrative Law (MIDA) at La Sapienza University in Rome. He is also in charge of several teaching and academic activities.
He is author of many publications, also in A-level journals.
