Roberto Ferraresi

He was admitted to the Bar in Rome in 1998 and is qualified to represent clients before the high courts.

He has been with the Firm since 1997.

He works in consulting and litigation, having consolidated his expertise in administrative law, public economic law and corporate law.

His professional activities have included advice in projects for the reform and reorganisation of the wider public sector, the rationalisation of central and local government expenditure, public-private agreements involving both partnerships and pre-commercial procurement, and issues relating to procurement models, local public services, standard and integrated public tenders for the supply of works, goods and services, the construction or operation of infrastructures, e-procurement systems, procurement centralisation, and public and private contract law in various sectors, including ICT, real estate, media and communications, energy and utilities, health and pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, transport and mobility.

He advises public and private sector clients with regard to access to the funding and opportunities of the PNRR and PNC, as well as European structural and investment funds.

He is a founder-member of an association of business angels established to aid and encourage the development of Italian enterprise and promote the growth of highly innovative and/or high-tech scaleable start-ups with a strong focus on sustainability.
